Returns & Exchanges

At Danish Blue Adult Centres, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we offer returns on eligible, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened or had their seals tampered with cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write the provided RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our processing center; once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
